Responsibilities:
- Greet customers within the dealership and on the lot with a positive attitude
- Communicate and work with customers to identify their vehicle needs
- Perform test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing, and incentives
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a mutual foundation of trust and respect
- Answer sales calls, respond to internet inquiries, and follow up with customers
